Natural Theatre Company Promotional Film

Overview:

As part of ByChance Film, we had the pleasure of crafting a promotional film for the Natural Theatre Company. The goal was simple yet ambitious: to showcase a range of uproarious and extravagant characters and scenarios perfect for any event.

Creative:

The project was a collaborative effort, co-produced and co-directed by Tim Thorne and Will Thorp. The shoot was an exhilarating experience, completed over several days with most scenes captured in a single take, resulting in a lively and chaotic atmosphere. In post-production, we dedicated ourselves to using rotoscoping techniques to single out each character. We then created paper-like theatre backdrops, engaging motion graphics, and distinctive idents to accentuate the characters, scenarios, and narratives. This approach brought the vibrant and whimsical essence of the Natural Theatre Company to life, making the promotional film both captivating and memorable.
